Chef Julliet Bhupesh (Julles) and M.K. Bhupesh started Julles Posh Food Co. LLC in Memphis in February of 2015. We believe that “Tasty food doesn’t have to be unhealthy, and healthy food doesn’t have to be bland”. Being a family-owned business, we know our customers and put a lot of love and care into each plate we serve. We have cultivated deep personal friendships with our loyal customers. We are very thankful for their support. You will not get this with a chain food establishment. Memphis is our home.
Our quality meals are created to restore your health while providing exquisite taste. Our menus are based on moderation — we don’t believe in depriving yourself of delicious flavors or making certain foods off-limits, but instead focus on portion-control, superb ingredients, and balanced nutrition. We use microgreens extensively. Microgreens are known for their high nutritional value and flavors. Organic grains, such as quinoa, black rice, brown rice find a distinguished place on our plates. Most meals are gluten-free and dairy-free. Even many of our desserts are gluten-free. When you dine at our restaurant, you will see the difference. The Chef’s artistic plating is a feast for the eyes to start with and when you dig your fork, all the great flavors and textures will titillate your senses and leave you satisfied, but never stuffed. There is always a choice of fish, chicken, beef, lamb, seafood and even vegetarian and vegan items on the menu.
The same high quality contents go into the packaged food also. The delicious food combined with the convenience of eating at home makes our revolutionary way of mindful eating simple, stress-free, and cost-effective for families, busy couples and health-conscious singles alike. The food is cooked fresh and blast-chilled to ensure freshness for several days. All that you have to do is heat and eat! The containers are microwave and oven safe and BPA-free too.

Executive Chef Julles
An internationally-trained, award-winning Chef. Julles has over twenty years of experience. She graduated from culinary school in India and perfected her skills in the fine kitchens of Oberoi Hotels and Kempinski Hotels in Mumbai before moving to the United Kingdom. In the U.K., she was the Executive Pastry Chef for P&O Cruises, where her natural affinity for detail and the art of visual presentation earned her the Award for Best Dessert in the International Cruise Ship Competition. Her talent led her to positions with Hyatt Global Hotels, including posts in The Cayman Islands and in Monterey, California, and earned her several accolades, including The Cayman Best Dessert and Presentation Award and other awards in the International Caribbean Federation cooking competitions. This valuable experience of working with and learning from some of the world’s top Master Chefs; living in different countries; discovering new ingredients; and exploring the most acclaimed restaurants; fueled Chef Julles' passion for incorporating so many global influences in her repertoire. In turn, she is perfectly comfortable cooking a wide spectrum of specialty dishes from diverse cultures and ethnicities.
